Job Description
- Understand the goals and objectives of the company.
- Respond to all queries from a wide range of people in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Customer relations, greeting customers, dealing with complaints.
- Housekeeping, filing, data entry, stock taking.
- Packing.
- Use initiative to resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Record details of all enquiries on the company data base system.
- Ensure that information is complete and accurate to enable monitoring and evaluation of the service.
- Making drinks for staff and customers.
- Time flexibility is essential.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Active listening and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with members of the public and staff at all levels. Excellent telephone skills. Ability to retain knowledge and give advice and guidance about a range of different services. Positive outlook and an enthusiasm for communicating the services offered by the company. Flexibility to adapt to changing workload demands and new organizational challenges. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information produced within the company. Knowledge and experience of information technology including spreadsheets, databases and word processing.
