Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a SUSE Linux Administrator to join our team on a 3 month contract to bolster existing 2nd and 3rd line Technical Services team

Key elements of the role will be to provide technical support (incident/problem resolution) together with identifying and implementing improvements to the existing company environment

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong SUSE Linux experience and (implementation and support). Experience of working in a 2nd and 3rd line Technical Support function. Proven problem solving ability and strong issue diagnosis skills. Proven team player who demonstrates flexibility and a desire to drive improvement, with minimal need for supervision. Strong documentation skills.
