Job Description

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance works - PPM's, breakdowns and reactive repairs to a wide range of commercial boilers, burners, warm air units.
• Working hours are from 8am to 4.30pm
• Be able to use a PDA to close down PPM and Reactive calls
• Provide detailed extra work sheets for works found to be required.  
• Follow procurement practices as directed
• Maintain the cleanliness of all work areas including plant rooms, workshops and storage areas
• Follow instructions, maintenance schedules and safe working practices
• Attend problematic jobs and resolve issues
• Complete all paperwork accurately and submit on time.
• Work towards the Engineering KPI system in place

Position will be subject to a DBS check

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Tickets- Commercial & Domestic Gas. Oil and LPG would be of benefit Qualifications such as IPAF, PASMA are desirable Clean UK driving license Strong communication and organisational skills Available to work overtime if required and be on a call out rota
