General Practice - Semi Senior Accountant - Wilmslow

Your new firm
A leading Cheshire based independent accountancy firm are seeking an experienced Accounts Semi Senior to join their Wilmslow office. The firm employ over 60 staff in total and offer a range of general practice services from two Cheshire offices.

Your new role
As an Accounts Semi Senior your role will require you to get involved with accounts preparation and the occasional audit. You will be responsible for preparing the year end financial statements and tax computations for a range of sole traders, partnerships and owner managed businesses. You will also be responsible for preparing ad hoc management accounts for your clients and also assisting on larger audits.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The firm are looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Semi Senior who has worked within general practice. Ideally you will be AAT qualified or be studying ACA/ ACCA. You must have good communication skills and also be literate with some form of cloud accounting software.
