Job Description

To be the centralized person between the Sales office and the Workshop / Warehouse – carrying out admin duties
Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Accurately booking in stock into our bespoke internal systems – training provided
2.Must be able to hit strict KPI’s while maintaining a high-quality standard.
3. Accurately record all work completed within our internal stock system.
4. Be responsible and take ownership for all devices allocated to you.
5. Able to work well under pressure
6.Consistently demonstrate that you are living the company values.
7. Feedback to your Team Leader / Manager any issues or delays with supplies or stock in order for the business to be able to resolve these issues and set customer expectations.
8. Manual handling of stock, following best practices at all times and maintaining stock integrity.
9. General housekeeping in Workshop to ensure high standards are consistently maintained.
10. Work in other departments in line with Customer and Business needs.
11. Generating reports for managers highlighting discrepancies in stock
12. Generating reports for managers of parts that need ordering
13. Dealing with suppliers
