We are looking to recruit a Procurement Assistant on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to provide operational and administrative support to the GNFR Procurement Management team throughout the non-merchandise procurement process, taking responsibility for the administration and delivery of sourcing projects and the realization of cost savings.
In addition, to support the development and implementation of category plans as well as interpreting spend analytics to inform sourcing activity.
The role requires experience in procurement and contract management (preferably GNFR) within a multi-site business. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also required as the role involves regular engagement with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
The role will entail the management and administration of the following GNFR activities:
. Delivery of sourcing projects / Tender process / Procurement process including utilization of SAP Ariba
. Contract implementation process / Contract repository
. Supplier on-boarding / Supplier contract database
. Chapter 8 Tracking and Administration / Contract renewal diary management
. Project savings tracker
. First refusal tracker
. Policy and procedure management
. Departmental administration / PA duties
. Requires comprehensive IT skills and experience including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and SAP Ariba
