Your main duties will include:
Manage a pipeline of sold properties liaising with vendors, buyers and solicitors progressing the sale through to completion.
Assisting the Sales Team, answering the phone, dealing with enquiries and taking messages.
Uploading photos, checking paperwork, sending drafts for approval.
Ensuring window presentations are current and up to date.
Preparing advertisements for entry into various editorials.
Maintaining the offices advertisements online.
Sending sales invoices.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
An analytical person who can communicate well with Vendors and Purchasers. Ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service. Strong Organizational Skills. Quick learner who thrives on attention to detail. Computer literate. Experience within Estate Agency. Polished & Well Presented.
