Job Description

My Client is a professional and well regarded Independent Estate Agency client based in a premium Worcester location, they maintain a strong enviable reputation in the area and have a proven track record in the city. Your main duties will include:

  • Manage a pipeline of sold properties liaising with vendors, buyers and solicitors progressing the sale through to completion.
  • Assisting the Sales Team, answering the phone, dealing with enquiries and taking messages.
  • Uploading photos, checking paperwork, sending drafts for approval.
  • Ensuring window presentations are current and up to date.
  • Preparing advertisements for entry into various editorials.
  • Maintaining the offices advertisements online.
  • Sending sales invoices.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
An analytical person who can communicate well with Vendors and Purchasers. Ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service. Strong Organizational Skills. Quick learner who thrives on attention to detail. Computer literate. Experience within Estate Agency. Polished & Well Presented.
