Job Description

Working as part of the eCommerce team, you will support the Current Operations team with the various reporting and admin activities. The role is dynamic and will evolve as the year progresses and we move through our peak cycles.
Responsibilities / Duties

  • Creating and maintaining the current reporting structures in place across the fulfilment team
  • Utilizing data and systems to support the decision making process across the team
  • Collating and communicating feedback and operational learnings, and escalating these for review
  • Evaluating the daily outbound reporting to identify operational impacts improvements
  • Tracking stock and inventory levels across the warehouse operation
  • Maintaining the warehouse KPI reporting for the department

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A Level Grade C or above. Working in a corporate office environment. Experience in eCommerce Fulfilment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel and Word. Strong written and spoken communication skills. Must be detail orientated, deadline driven and able to multi-task. Degree educated. Experience in grocery retail. Experience in managing relationships with third party suppliers.
