Duties:

Provide a thorough analysis of the financial results and accurately interpret the company's financial information to support formulation of strategic and long-term business plans

Liaising with the company's financial accounting provider for those aspects which are outsourced

Monitoring reporting systems and ensuring the accuracy of the management accounts

Develop financial management mechanisms to minimise risk

Support the development of more junior staff

Work in partnership with technology specialists to deliver a professional service to a combination of FTSE100 and Public sector clients

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Five years ownership of Management Accounts Sound experience of demonstrating best practise within the accounts function of a busy, professional services company Ambitious and looking to be challenged to make an impact Innovative in your approach, bringing a continuous improvement mentality Excellent at building relationships with key stakeholders An inclusive, people orientated team member who thrives in a vibrant, collaborative environment
