Job Description

This particular role involves supporting the delivery of a fully comprehensive and efficient administrative service to the Professional Development Team who support the education and development of non-medical staff throughout the Organization. This is a varied role and duties will include maintaining effective filing systems, diary management, assistance in the preparation of materials for training and meetings, maintenance of databases and systems, assistance in recruitment activities, responding to queries and enquiries and general office duties.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are a large and busy team with a varied workload offering experience of a wide range of administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and willing to learn. You will need to be a team player and be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the team. We are looking for someone with good organizational skills, a working knowledge of various MS applications and excellent communication skills.
