We urgently seek a dynamic Personal Assistant/Administrator to assist our fast-paced Lettings & Property Management departments. The role is suited to an organised candidate already familiar with most aspects of both lettings and property management administration. You will possess excellent customer service and communication skills and enjoy working as part of a small yet friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
To provide PA support to Group OM and ensure the smooth running of the office
To efficiently handle day to day correspondence via emails, telephone and letters
To provide first class support and customer service at all times advancing our service standards
To provide administrative support to team members as instructed by Group OM
To assist with projects and new initiatives including research, liaising with external suppliers and on occasions site visits
To keep records of all activity and updating database
To meet and greet clients visiting the office
To work with Group OM in actively managing client relationships
To organise Saturday rotas and post
To maintain office supplies and stock levels
To take minutes of daily staff briefings and creating weekly activity overviews
To carry out market research as required
To handle all issues arising in an efficient and professional manner
To attend training sessions or meetings as required by management
To assist with any other reasonable duties as requested
Requirements and Skills

Excellent work ethic – punctual, hardworking and reliable

Full driver’s licence desirable but not essential
