Job Description

The Data Engineer will be part of a strong team of data engineers and data scientists who will work together closely.

In particular, this role will involve:

• Working with external stakeholders to implement and deliver data solutions.
• Work end to end on greenfield projects to design, develop and maintain data pipelines, using Python.
• Building a Data Lake using Python, Spark & AWS.
• Working closely with the data scientists to build machine learning models.
• Guiding other members of the data engineering team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong understanding of machine learning principles. Educated to a degree level with a relevant background/field of study. Commercial experience with cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/AZURE). Experience mentoring other team members. Strong experience using Python for programming. Experience working with data scientists.
