Job Description

The successful candidate will be required to efficiently and professionally answer all calls and redirect or take messages as appropriate. Working closely with the Managing Director and Accounts Managers you will provide comprehensive admin support to all areas of the business, including accounts, vat, payroll, assisting with bank reconciliations, entering invoices and accounts processing.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will need to be a competent Excel user, extremely well organized and able to priorities your time effectively. You must be highly motivated and happy to do whatever it takes to get the job done. You will need to be able to work with minimal or no supervision and be naturally tenacious. Experience: office administration: 1 year (Preferred). Education: GCSE or equivalent (Preferred).
