Job Description
We have a new opportunity for a Corporate Administrator to join a charity that supports patients and staff to manage their anxiety and have the best quality experience possible. The charity funds client and patient services and as well as equipment and innovative research. This is a full- time post with a salary of 28k per year with a 37.5 hour working week. You will be based in Hamspstead , at the moment you will be home -based owing to the Covid 19 situation. There is a generous holiday allowance, company pension and additional perks and benefits. One of them being use of a pool, gym, and recreational classes. As Corporate Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Charity’s Corporate Business Manager in delivering corporate governance systems and procedures as well as ensuring the safety of the business delivery and delivering a range of core functions.
Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Administrator role
- Project and Administrative Support to the whole team
- Effective diary management for the leadership team including the CEO, COO, Chair, and other senior leadership members
- Collating, organising, and disseminating information and reports
- Collating and updating trackers
- Ad -hoc and evolving business support duties
- Stakeholder engagement
- Organise events and meetings
- Supporting in all project management, presentations, minute taking etc
- Providing accurate, high quality and timely support at all times
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Conform with the Data Protection Act, Caldicott recommendations and IT security policy.
Our ideal Corporate Administrator will
- Have a good standard of education at GCSE or equivalent including English and Maths
- Hold Vocational qualifications at Level 3 or equivalent (VQ 3)
- Excellent and proven knowledge of Microsoft office including PowerPoint
- Experience in a similar administrative support role
- Experience at effective and extensive diary management
- Experience at working in a busy environment
- Effective stakeholder engagement skills including the public
- Effective at minute taking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Effective prioritisation skills, strong organisational skills with methodical approach
- To manage own workload, meeting deadlines
- Deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information
- Professional attitude and strong values
