We are currently seeking a PIA Duct and Pole Surveyor with an in-depth knowledge and experience of Openreach and PIA (Physical Infrastructure Access) Network.

The Surveyor will be responsible for all surveying, data collection, identifying solutions on-site when required and reporting back to the delivery team. Surveying both PIA duct and pole routes for civils and cabling for new multicore fibre installations under the GPON Architecture are key responsibilities of the role, as well as liaising closely with desk-based planners to enable the completion of detailed planning packs.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Strong telecom surveying experience, working in the Openreach network. * Your ability to use surveying equipment such as GPS and possess experience of using some platforms such as QGIS / GEO Hub / Keypro / Settics Star * GPON and FTTP architecture experience
