Our client’s expertise is highly sought after on large scale, fast paced projects particularly as a consequence of our reputation for providing a wide range of high-quality services covering Access & Rights over land, Compulsory Purchase, Acquisitions & Sales, Compensation, Agricultural Liaison, Land Referencing, Valuation and Planning & Development.

What to expect:

You’ll be working from our client’s brand new, ideally situated, high quality, East Anglia office providing strategic advice to our growing number of clients. There is plenty of scope and future opportunities within the expanding office.

You’ll be working on exciting large-scale projects from feasibility through to project completion, working with a growing team on project deliverables covering land acquisitions, strategy, valuations, compensation negotiation, compulsory purchase and development consent orders and managing land aspects during construction.

You will be instrumental in developing client relationships, networking and supporting the ongoing growth of our business in this area.
