Inputting orders and invoices
Liaise with customers to update on delays/shortages/delivery dates and resolve any issues
Building relationships with customers
Responding to email enquiries
Liaise with the warehouse in relation to stock
Processing and scheduling of customer orders
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong customer service experience. Experience with using Outlook and ERP systems. Good verbal and written communication.
