Job Description

To provide accurate and effective administrative support to the HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and triage the HR email resource accounts ensuring incoming communications are responded to in a timely manner or dispatched to the relevant person for reply;
  • Support the Senior Recruiter with recruitment related administrative tasks to include sharing candidate profiles with hiring managers, coordinating interviews, issuing invites to interview, issuing interview packs to managers, receiving and managing enquiries from candidates relating to interview. Liaising with hiring managers on the outcomes of interviews held;
  • Ensure right to work documentation is received and has been accurately verified. Raise any issues with right to work documentation to Senior Recruiter/HR Operations Manager;
  • Ensure all hiring documentation received and passed to Senior Recruiter to be able to progress offers with HR Advisers;
  • Liaise with HR Advisers to confirm start dates for new candidates;
  • Prepare induction packs for new joiners and issue packs at the appropriate times to the relevant personnel;
  • Issue probation email to line managers and reminder emails one month prior to end of probation;
  • Support the Senior Recruiter in ensuring that all candidates have a positive recruitment experience;
  • Other adhoc HR administrative tasks commensurate with the grade of the role;
  • On-line filing of recruitment documentation.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Exceptional attention to detail; Experience of working in an administrative support role; Experience in using Microsoft office packages; Experience of working in a confidential environment; Strong team player with a desire to learn and contribute to the success of a busy professional team; Possess a positive “can do” attitude; Experience of working in a recruitment/HR environment, desirable but not essential.
