This role is great for someone that wants to get stuck in and be a part of a small but well drilled team who all muck in! Joining the office of 4 other people, you will be responsible for handling approximately 30-40 calls a day where you manage all queries, complaints and utilize in house booking and CRM systems to log conversations and help the customer. Further to this, you will be responsible for supporting businesses that utilize the company in their business needs. Consequently you MUST have prior call Centre/ phone based experience in a busy environment.
