Job Description

We will feel right at home from day one with our supportive team and full training provided. You will also benefit our convenient transport links.

Your new role will be to support members of the public in accessing NHS aftercare after life changing situations. This support could include help in securing a care home or organizing care at home. To do this you will be speaking to the patients or next of kins to receive vital information and to talk through the next steps. You will also be sending out letter correspondence and communicating with other departments within the NHS


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Our ideal candidate will have experience in an office-based environment with proven knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as having brilliant customer service skills.
