Job Description

· Deal with invoicing/job costing to customers in a timely and accurate manner and investigating any discrepancies that arise on those invoices.

· Deal with the passing of our supplier’s invoices in line with the agreed cost and investigating any discrepancies.

· Querying invoices with suppliers and overseas partners.

· Inputting supplier and client rates within operational systems and maintaining this with updates.

· Work within the Europa framework at all times.

· Respect the office Health and Safety guidelines.

· Perform any other duty as dictated by your manager, from time-to-time.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Previous experience in Sea freight is preferable but not a must. · Excellent communicator and dedication to excellent customer service are required. · Attention to detail is critical to this role. · Strong and confident personality. · Time management skills are essential as are communication (phone and writing) skills. · You will have the ability to priorities and to work under pressure. · A good head for numbers is required. · English and math at GCSE level C or above are essential.
