Main responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the incorporation, tax set-up and recording of completion documentation
Keeping internal records of all banking and cashflow data
Managing administrators to ensure timely quarterly and annual management accounts information
Production and maintenance of monthly internal budgets
Day one set up and accounting for new platform initiatives including bank accounts and bookkeeping
Transition of finance functions to newly incorporated external teams
Working with analysts and administrators to ensure completion of any external loan reporting requirements
