Job Description
We are looking for an organised individual to join our team! You will be executing daily tasks efficiently and professionally.
Daily tasks include but not limited to:
General administration duties
Liaise with customers
Booking in and scheduling new jobs
Organizing workload and creating monthly schedules
Management of social media sites
Management of stock/ Liaise with suppliers
Organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing filing systems and dealing with any paperwork.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have the natural ability to deal with daily challenges and the flexibility to handle anything that comes their way. A pro - active self-starter with an adaptable approach and can do attitude, you will have the enthusiasm to assist with various aspects of the business as and where required. Good communication and organizational skills is a MUST. Computer literate with a good command of all MS office Software. Administration and Project Management Experience beneficial. Be organized self-reliant with great time management. Experience using computer software such as Illustrator, Photoshop and Rhino advantageous but not essential. Knowledge and an interest in metalwork and/or the automotive industry also advantageous but not essential. Experience: office administration: 2 years (Preferred).
