A key part of this role will involve the candidate undertaking day-day administrative tasks as well as Ad hoc administration, such as emailing, completing required documentation, and supporting the daily running of the business.
Hours are flexible but requires a minimum of 27.5 hours a week of your time, maximum normal office hours, Monday-Friday, which can potentially be worked flexibly (e.g. around school hours).
Own transport is not essential but may be beneficial.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Fluent in spoken and written English. · Super highly organised, great at following up requests to ensure tasks are fully complete. · High level of attention to detail. · Excellent communication and outstanding interpersonal skills. · Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities workload effectively · Proactive approach and ability to work on own initiative · Strong IT Skills · Advanced knowledge and experience of MS Office Suite products including Outlook, Word and particularly Excel · A bubbly, warm and enthusiastic personality Experience: Administration: 1 year (Preferred). Advanced Excel: 1 year (Required).
