Maintaining accounts, verifying and posting transactions correctly using Quickbooks.
Use Excel to produce monthly reports for senior leadership team.
Managing client invoices and payments.
Liaising with suppliers and clients.
Ensuring stock/inventory is correctly accounted for.
Balancing accounts on a daily basis.
Monitor projects closely and ensure time is billed correctly for each project.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Part qualified accountant CIMA/ACCA Experience of using Quickbooks would be preferable Previous experience within professional services preferable Attention to detail
