Job Description

We are looking for an aspiring professional that enjoys interacting with people at all levels and is able to operate with tact, diplomacy and is naturally confidential. A self-starter with great attention to detail, high levels of initiative and a commitment to excellent customer service. As a key member of the HR team the individual will need to be an advocate of the company, its culture, values and promote best practice at all times.

Some of the main job duties will include but are not limited to the following;

  • On-boarding and off-boarding employees in countries across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region, ensuring the right paperwork/processes are applied to each country.
  • Daily upkeep of the HR database
  • Production and distribution of weekly and monthly reports.
  • Ensure all new employee onboarding is completed.
  • Respond to reference requests for current and previous employees.
  • Ensure compliance to all immigration laws with the engagement of new starters and current employees and ensure all internal databases are up-to-date
  • Maintain employee files.
  • Process all employee benefits, including leisure allowance, pensions, health benefits.
  • Assist HR Manager with ad hoc projects and duties when required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Professional communications including telephone and written. PC literate – good working knowledge of MS packages. Intermediate Word and Excel user. Attention to details is a key requirement. Understanding of HR business processes. Project management at a low level.
