Job Description
You will be working within the CS team taking incoming telephone orders from customers and dealing with them in a professional and friendly manner.
Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm, up to 18K depending on experience.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have experience of working as an administrator in a busy office environment. Must have accurate record keeping and inputting experience whilst following confidentiality procedures. Excellent IT skills, MS office packages, Outlook and web. Proven track record of excellent interpersonal skills and a great telephone manner. Must be able to work as a team and on your own initiative. Good listening skills and able to multi task. Creativity is always encouraged as well as new ideas. Experience: Administration: 2 years (Preferred)
