Job Description

Your role will be to set up & maintain the relevant standards required for the continual supply of conventional & organic bananas. The standards being, IFS, Global Gap & FSSC22000 as well as maintaining current Soil Association, Flo ID & Traces protocols.

The role will also need to incorporate new supplier approval & procedures to include, set up of, customer specs, residue analysis, making sure any new pack house/supplier is following customer spec & protocol within the Group.
Updating of specifications for all customers/suppliers and keep the businesses updated on legislation changes, documenting these changes and keeping on top of customer intake qc/rejection reports, to include service level & implementing corrective actions and interacting with internal & external customers & suppliers to improve service level & add value.
