Job Description

We are looking for an experienced secretary with a flexible and proactive approach and a professional attitude, to work for our Medical Team who have very busy schedules.

You will need to be able to work well under pressure and deal positively with conflicting demands. The post-holder must have the ability to use their initiative, make decisions and communicate well with patients and families, health staff and the independent sector, while maintaining excellent attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Applicants should demonstrate a good standard of literacy to A Level, RSA/OCR III Typewriting/Word Processing and the AMSPAR Diploma/City & Guilds Diploma for Medical Secretaries or significant experience of working with medical terminology. You will have a proven track record of administrative or secretarial experience.
