The successful candidate will assist in the delivery of a customer- focused responsive repair and void service

Responsibilities of the Property Surveyor:

• Assisting with the delivery of a first class responsive repairs and void service
• Completing pre and post inspections of work
• Managing contractors
• Liaising and building strong relationships with tenants, as well as internal and external stakeholders
• Dealing with tenant queries and complaints
• Providing technical advice where necessary
• Ensuring H&S compliance
• Prioritising workloads and ensuring work is completed to budget and within agreed timescales and standards

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

A recognised professional qualification in a property related discipline Excellent customer service skills and the ability to feedback to customers in a positive way Experience of making good use of IT and mobile working technology A full driving license
