Job Description

The post holder will be required to work as part of the administration team providing a comprehensive administration support to the multi-disciplinary community mental health team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional team player with excellent communication and customer care skills. You will have the ability to interact with patients and healthcare professionals in an efficient and friendly manner. You will be required to work flexibly and be an efficient and pro-active member of the team. Good verbal, written and numerical skills are essential.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
It is essential that you have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent in a Business Administration related subject, for example: NVQ, OCR/RSA, City and Guilds, A Level (A-C). You must have GCSE (Grade A-C) or equivalent in English Language. You must also be skilled in IT applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Knowledge of NHS systems and audio typing is useful but not essential.
