We are looking to recruit a dynamic assistant case coordinator whose role would be to cover the case coordinators when they are on annual leave/ sick leave etc. and manage their cases including handling referrals, liaising with instructing parties and experts, submitting quotations, proof reading and submitting expert witness reports and invoicing.
Role Description and Key responsibilities
· To cover case coordinators for all aspects of case management and working closely with Team Leader while covering case coordinators
· To take new enquiries/ referrals from solicitors, private clients and any other customer by telephone, email and post and cover the office administrator when required
· To provide (and chase) quotes and CVs to instructing parties while covering case coordinators
· To prepare instructions for experts, arrange appointments, chase and submit reports and create and chase invoices while covering case coordinators
· To contact and liaise with experts to explain case details and establish timescales for cases while covering case coordinator
· To manage and update the case management database on a daily basis
· To ensure timely submission of reports by liaising with experts
· To liaise with experts to obtain relevant documents for their registration
· To monitor the case load of experts
· To obtaining feedback from solicitors and other instructing parties
· To manage the social media aspects of MEWA LLP including setting up accounts, identifying and posting relevant posts and dealing with queries from social media platform
· To raise the profile of MEWA at all opportunities
· To work along with other members of the team and cover them during lunch breaks, annual leave, sick leave etc.
· To be able to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information
· Any other appropriate and reasonable tasks in relation to the employment as agreed with your line manager.

Terms and Conditions
· Job hours : 40 hours over a 5-day week. The usual working hours would be 9:00-17:30
· Available for ASAP start
· Permanent Role, subject to 6 months’ probation period
· Salary - £18,500 - £19,200
