I'd be interested to speak to Quantity Surveyors who:

• Have proven track record working as a Quantity Surveyor within the residential housing sector
• Are comfortable with running projects from conception all the way through to completion
• Have an industry specific qualification within the built environment sector
• Have strong negotiation skills

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Understand, quantify, budget and manage the costs of building work involved with the construction project Work closely with architects to identify resources and materials needed for the project Be responsible for allocating work out to suppliers, contractors and partners Monitor the process of plans and report back to the Senior Quantity Surveyor
