You’ll enjoy being part of a small collaborative management accounts team (all qualified) but there is also plenty of interaction / business partnering with non finance colleagues in commercial roles.

There is major scope to progress and this is a role with a welcome level of visibility that will allow you to be recognised for your successes - no one will be stealing your glory when you do something cool that saves time or money!

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Has recently qualified and developed a solid foundation of management accounting /financial reporting skills. Is looking to join a business where they can further develop under the guidance of a hugely proactive FC. Looks for things to improve and relishes projects rather than searching for xmas gifts or mindlessly scrolling linked in during the 2 weeks between the next month end! Knows their way around Excel - you don’t need to know the inside leg measurements but pivots and lookups are standard. Loves a team setting and an 'in it together’ culture.
