Job Description

Based 10 minutes from the town centre, with ideal access to the M1, the successful Quantity Surveyor will join a team of Quantity Surveyors who work hard to provide quality services.

The Quantity Surveyor would need to provide evidence of recent project experience within the Health, Residential, Leisure, Education and Commercial sectors.

Ideally the consultancy would like to see a minimum of 5 post grad years work experience, including;

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
• MRICS preferred
• On APC route at least
• Mixed sector experience
• Pre & Post contract duties
• Client facing
