Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
To support the preparation of monthly financial information for senior operational managers
Acting as a key point of contact for budget holders across the organisation
Assisting the Senior Finance Manager to prepare a monthly financial pack for senior operational managers
Ensuring that transactions are accurately coded and reported
Assisting with the preparation of monthly accruals, prepayments and journal adjustments
Supporting the preparation of the annual budget setting
To review and clear corporate control accounts relevant on a monthly basis
To adapt spreadsheets and reports (e.g. payroll reports)
To support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc projects and functions
