Working from Earlsdon Park in Coventry, you will be providing administration support to the contract including maintaining records of meetings, processing accurate payroll entries, monitoring share point ensuring all documentation is kept up to date and the administration of the contract management fleet.
You will be highly organized and have excellent attention to detail and be able to work effectively alone and as part of a team.
Role Responsibility
Maintain and develop a positive working culture with all colleagues
Produce end of month reports and analytics for the senior leadership team
To provide general administrative support for the Ministry of Justice Soft FM Contract
Ensure payroll processing errors and overpayments are minimized by accurate and timely processing of payroll received from sites
Gatekeeper for SharePoint - Monitor contract SharePoint site and files, ensuring all documentation is kept up to date
Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
Proactively complete tasks across all transactional areas,
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of completing finance administration tasks. Knowledge of systems such as UDC Payroll or similar would be advantageous. Attention to detail with high level of accuracy. Calm, professional and confident telephone manner. Able to priorities workload and work to strict deadlines. Ability to work on their own initiative as well as a team player. Positive approach to learning and identifying own training needs as appropriate. Resilience and ability to deal with unforeseen circumstances. Excellent communication and IT skills. Advocate of Employee Engagement. IT literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, Publisher, Visio). Must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Previous experience in a similar role/service.
