Job Description
We are looking for a Workshop Administrator on a Fixed term contract for the next 12 months to provide support the workshop team in providing outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.
Reporting to the Workshop Operations Manager, this role will provide the Workshop with efficient and effective administration support, liaising with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Providing efficient administration support to the team, including;
- Monitoring work in progress.
- Closure of jobs for invoicing
- Inputting Engineer’s time
- Co-ordination of holidays and absences
- Keeping records up to date
- Supplier management:
- Co-ordinate booking of suppliers.
- Communication and co-ordination with relevant parties on invoice processing
- Reporting:
- Manage and send daily PDI update reports to key stakeholder
- Run reports from ERP system
- Input into the warranty system and submit claims
