Finance Administrator
Temporary,Part -time
Job Description

We are seeking a capable Finance Administrator that's ready and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you would work as part of a team and report to the Finance Manager. Full training will be provided.

This role will require some flexibility. The individual would be expected to carrying out a mixture of administrative and finance-related tasks to accommodate the ever business needs.

Duties as an Administrator:

  • Providing administration and finance support all round
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records
  • General filing
  • Completing paperwork and excel spreadsheets
  • General administrative support as and when required

Part-time hours: 16 per week

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience working in finance is preferable. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Previous administration experience is essential. Excellent organizational skills. Competent in ALL MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Self-motivated and pro-active.
