Job Description

They have an offices based in Hampshire and London but the role will be home based with site visits across the region. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will either be MRICS or Assoc RICS qualified with string experience in the residential sectors.

Building Surveyor Position Overview

• Operating across PO and SO postcodes but will be home based
• Primarily completing Building Surveys, Home Buyer surveys and Mortgage Valuations
• Reporting to the director
• Responsible for your own work and own diary
