The role will require you to carry out mortgage valuations, home buyer inspections and condition reports on a wide range of residential properties.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· As a Residential Surveyor, you will be AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified. · Having already got experience in carrying out Residential Surveys, homebuyer reports and building surveyors reports, you will enjoy working in a trusted environment. Our client will be on hand to help and train you in areas that you need. · You will possess good oral and written communication skills, be organised, are able to remain clam under pressure, IT literate, and have great interpersonal skills.
