Job Description

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the duties will include procurement of subcontract packages, prepare and agree interim valuations, agree final accounts, manage subcontractor variations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful Quantity Surveyor candidate will be degree qualified with up to 5 years' experience, ideally working for a main contractor on new build, refurbishment and fit out projects. Experience of JCT and D&B contracts will be beneficial.
