Job Description

The Administrator will act as the first point of contact for enquiries, by working on our in-house system Remedy to triage requests. The numbers of requests will fluctuate; however, due to the demands of our business areas the volumes are usually high.

Perform checks to ensure gross paid engagements are compliant based on documentation provided by the worker including LP10’s and Kit Lists

Provide a smooth end to end support service for our contingent workforce on their engagement lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to: booking, eligibility to work checks, expenses, systems support

Maintaining a smooth flow of administration throughout the resourcing process and ensuring central records are maintained

End to end query management across all sources, including telephony and email, working to predetermined SLAs

Contributing to a culture of service excellence and support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, risks and priorities

Form relationships with other key stakeholders including Payroll and IBM working seamlessly to provide an efficient service to the end users.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous administration experience in a fast paced environment. Ability to priorities and manage own workload. Strong organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of HMRC requirements. Prior experience of working with People systems such as SAP is desirable. Previous experience of working in a high volume team is desirable.
