Job Description

As a Conveyancing Administrator you will:

  • Provide support to the conveyancing department and fee earners - ultimately progressing within the firm to run your own caseload.
  • Open and close files.
  • Draft legal documents.
  • Ordering searches.
  • Raising enquiries.

What's on Offer?

Opportunity to progress within the firm where you will be able to run your own case load in due course. Will suit a Conveyancing Administrator / Conveyancing Secretary (with some experience in handling files / helping to support fee earners within their role) / Junior Paralegal who isn't currently running their own files, but who aspires to.

Salary is dependent on experience.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for someone who has experience working within a conveyancing department. It is also essential to have experience working in a busy environment where you are able to priorities workloads, have excellent organizational and communication skills. Although the Conveyancing Administrator does not need to have experience running their own caseload, it is essential that they have knowledge of the whole conveyancing process from start to finish.
