In this Client Services Manager job in London, you will be expected to hit the ground running from day one. Reporting directly to the CEO you’ll be taking the lead on multiple projects at once. You’ll be conducting daily research and outreach to onboard new business. You’ll be expected to use your initiative to identify new markets and new clients. In turn, building rapport with new and existing clients to promote the company’s product and services. Given the start-up nature of the company, the ideal candidate will be driven and tenacious, using these to create leads and nurture relationships.
