As an Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Commercial team, supporting the daily operations of the business. You will report to the Head of Operations and together you will always be looking at ways in which you can improve the efficiency of the business. You will also work closely with marketing and will look to ensure that your varied customer base are getting the very best service. In order to be successful in this role, you must enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment, where no two days are the same and you’re happy juggling lots of projects!
Key responsibilities
In this Operations Analyst role, your responsibilities will include:
Managing daily supply operations, working directly with various fulfilment teams and supply partners
Tracking, analysing and reporting on key metrics.
Providing weekly, monthly and quarterly campaign/performance reports
Identifying trends and insights, and working our what your customer base really want from your services
Supporting the management and execution of marketing campaigns (digital and outdoor) to deliver on our ever challenging growth aspirations
Conducting market research and analysing bench-marking data
Developing strong working relationships with engineering, operations and finance – and providing ad hoc support when required
Keeping up to date with key market trends and reporting your findings

A 2.1 STEM degree from university 6 months + commercial experience in an analytically focused role Excel whiz – you know your V Look Ups and Pivot tables A can-do attitude! You love working at pace and are comfortable with change Highly proficient in written and spoken English Excellent communication skills - you can talk to anyone and everyone The ability to make complex concepts digestible Ambition in abundance, with an eagerness to continually self-improve and learn
