Job Description

You will have opportunities to work on closing leads as well as attending meetings and networking events with clients, even overseas. Given the start-up nature of the business, the ideal candidate will combine knowledge, discipline, charm and tenacity to create leads, close deals and grow relationships.

Key responsibilities

In this New Business Executive job in Hertfordshire, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify new target firms and establish new relationships with existing clients
  • Create and manage a pipeline of leading asset management firms across the UK
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts.
  • Work closely with the product management team to enhance the products and services based on feedback from clients and targets.
  • Representing the company at trade exhibitions & events (potentially worldwide)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A 2.1 from a top university preferably Previous experience in sales desirable but not necessary Be extremely motivated with a diligent work ethic Articulate, polished, and professional communicator with a good phone/video call manner and excellent writing skills Autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset: essential to take full ownership of goals, deadlines, and targets
