Job Description

Key responsibilities

In this Finance Account Representative opportunity in London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner Management: Working closely with the sales team, you will help to manage partners who refer clients. You will carry out some of the following tasks:
    - Training partners via webinar and sometimes face to face
    - Drafting partner contracts
    - Onboarding partners on to our systems
  • Reporting & Analysing Information: You will use their internal systems to analyse trends in the sales data and report these back to the sales team. This includes:
    - Weekly sales data
    - Conversion ratios at different stages of the sales process
    - Predicted flow and pipeline data
  • System & Process Improvement: You’ll be using the systems and processes every day and they are always looking to improve these. They’ll want your ideas on how to do the following:
    - Make processes more efficient
    - Make processes easier for clients

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A 2:1 from a top university (Economics, Finance and related degrees are a plus!) Excellent relationship-building and communication skills A strong communicator, both written and over the phone An analytical mindset An interest in finance and technology Well presented, confident and enthusiastic
