Job Description
Administrative Duties:
Carrying out requests from management as needed
Answering emails and sorting post
Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
Greeting and welcoming visitors
Sending out communications on behalf of the Managing Director
Accounting/Financial Duties:
Processing monies taken in retail outlets for banking
Assisting Payroll Department as required
Statistics Production for all Departments
Sales Duties:
Learning all about the Sales Team role, so that you are able to assist and provide cover, which will include:
Answering the order line and processing customers sales and queries
Answering the live chat
Learning about the products we sell, so that you can offer advice where needed
Learning the admin side of the Warehouse Management System, in order to be able to process orders, answer customer messages, and process returns etc
Learning the Ebay and Amazon functionality, assisting with sending FBA's to Amazon.
