Job Description

We are actively looking for a Finance Administrator to come and join the team. You will be working within a busy healthcare department assisting all the account managers to complete weekly operating reports.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in finance to gain exposure to key areas of the business. You will primarily support with Profit & Loss reports as well as general administration.

We will provide all the relevant tools you require to succeed in this role. There is a generous salary on offer and great career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Organizing meetings for the management team,
  • Reminding the management of important tasks and deadlines
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience in similar administrative role. Excellent organization and administration skills. A good level of IT skills (MS Office & Excel). Works well unsupervised, using own initiative. Able to manage multi activities and achieve deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
